"I was attending an art gallery reception that had this fantastic love seat displayed in the window.  I immediately reached out the gallery owner to inquire about the love seat, as this was person I wanted to work with.  It was Lucie Hird Interiors.  From the very start I loved her style.   She took into consideration my decorating style but with a added twist, spark which was exactly what I was looking for in an interior designer.  We instantly got to work on recovering two Beijer chairs and picking our material needed for pillows, table skirting and window covering for my master suite.  We picked out some lovely samples for me to choose from, however I asked her to find a pattern that would push me beyond my usually taste.  The fabric we chose was perfect, it made the tired chairs pop!  Lucie found a different patterned material for the footrest and corresponding pillows for a large window seat and bed.  In addition those items she helped find fabulous material for window coverings.  Lucie’s ability to pick patterns with various hues and textures weaved together a stunning space… I feel like I’m in a five star hotel.

Beside assisting with the master suite and the countless decisions that were needed, Lucie went through each rooms in my home to help with the finishing touches.  She helped me hang my art works, arrange furniture, recover two other chairs, order decorative pillows, and much more.  One of the chair’s turned into the “cutest dang chair” ever.

I was so completely thrilled with her work I ended up gifting my bother and his wife two hours of her service as a Christmas present.   They too were equally as thrilled with her as I.

Lucie is always there for me, prompt to responded to my endless texts, impeccable follow thorough, lends a helping hand when needed however most importantly she has a superior eye for design.  Plus she’s a delight to work with.  It’s easy to give Lucie the highest recommendation, their aren’t enough positive adjective’s to express how impressed I am with Lucie and her work!’

Immensely grateful, Terin Christensen
